This is the family motto of the House of Pers, and they live it to the fullest! Aga, Charlene, Andres and Atasha, surely have a knack for turning even the trickiest situations, into triumphant family wins, so we listed some of the funniest adventures and most heartwarming moments from the good-vibes sitcom – Da Pers Family!

Chef K tries to stir a fight between Aga and Cha-Cha

Comin’ in hot and on top of the list is when Aga’s BFF, Tso K a.k.a. Chef K or Karl (Roderick Paulate), tried to sabotage Aga and Charlene’s happy married life, by hiring “Mika.” Under the guise of needing help, Mika sought out employment at Bake Haus of U. Pero hindi lang pala simpleng trabaho ang gusto ni Mika dahil through her behavior, makikitang dumada-moves siya kay Aga at sinusubukan niyang pag-awayin sila ni Charlene!

Pero hindi rin siya nagwagi dahil hindi ito nagresulta ng pagseselos mula kay Cha-Cha. Ang ending, inamin niya sa mag-asawa na napilitan lang siyang gawin ito dahil sa utang niya kay Chef K. As for Chef K, nakalusot siya noong nilaglag siya ni Mika sa harap ng mga Pers at sinabing nagawa niya lang ito para subukin ang pagmamahalan nina Aga at Cha-Cha.

Nasubok ang samahan dito ni Aga at Charlene, and they passed with flying colors! They have proven that nothing (and no one) can shake our power couple!

2. “Lunch Date” with Tash’s boss–it’s purely work-related!

Daddy Aga had his protective-father moment, when he strongly disapproved of Tash’s “dates” with her boss, Eddie (Janno Gibbs). Misunderstanding the situation, Aga became more uneasy, especially when Eddie—twice Tash’s age—sent her flowers and gifts.

It was later on revealed, na work-related naman pala ang dates ni Tash with her boss, at ang mga natanggap na regalo, ay para sa celebration ng 2^nd year work anniversary niya sa kumpanya.

After Tash explained her sentiments to her father, and when he realized his mistake, Aga apologized to his unica hija – in his own “unique” way. Watch how Aga said sorry here;

3. Aga gets jailed after being wrongly accused of carnapping

The story started with Tso K winning a car from an online raffle. After it was delivered, Tso K and Aga tried driving it, but soon, authorities arrested them and they were charged with carnapping. Dahil wala silang maiprisintang mga tamang papeles para patunayang si Tso K ang rightful owner nito, nakalaboso ang dalawa!

For Aga, this incident was a blow to his pride as the family patriarch. Dignidad at pangalan niya ang nakataya dito dahil his family looks up to him. Matapos nang masinsinang pag-uusap ni Chef K at ng jail chief, napatunayang wala silang sala at agad silang pinalaya. Aga heads home right after his release, para magpasalamat sa suporta ng kanyang pamilya.

4. Food critic threatens to have Bake Haus of U closed

What if isang kilalang food critic ang magpunta sa bakeshop mo para gumawa ng review ng iyong specialties? For Da Pers family, nangyari ito when their ensaymada was grilled and put to the test, sa pagbisita ng matinik na si Miss Goldie!

Aside from the technical difficulties on the day of the review, hinarap din ng pamilya ang mainit na ulo at ruthless attitude ni Miss Goldie! Dahil sa sobrang nerbyos ni Andres, natatawag niyang Ma’am Goldie si Miss Goldie, which irked the critic. Andres apologized numerous times, pero lalong nainis ang critic, na umabot pa sa pamamahiya niya kay Andres. Aga decided to put a halt to it by stepping in for his son and calling out the critic’s behavior. Surprisingly, this turned things around! Miss Goldie ended up learning a lesson about respect, and Bake Haus of U stayed safe from closure. Talk about a win for Team Pers!

5. Cha-Cha Saves the Day: Bake Haus of U’s Money Problems Solved!

Dahil sa taas ng presyo ng mga raw ingredients, nanganib na mag-break even ang perang pumapasok at nilalabas sa Bake Haus of U, at ‘pag nangyari ‘yun, walang ipambabayad ng utang si Aga!

Bilang great support ng “My Labs” niya, Cha-cha found a solution, by reaching out to Chef K para malaman kung saan ang source niya ng mga murang ingredients. No gatekeeping for the crush of Chef K siyempre, kaya agad niyang binigay ang impormasyon kay Cha-Cha! Sa huli, nagpasalamat si Aga sa ginawa ng BFF niya kahit na magkakompetensya ang mga bakeries nila, at ang evident bitterness ni Chef K sa masaya at happy family ng mga Pers. Everybody say, thank you, Cha-Cha!
