(AUGUST 14, 2019) – The Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) revealed on Wednesday that it is investigating two Cabinet secretaries over corruption allegations.
PACC Commissioner Greco Belgica refused to name the two secretaries but noted that complaints of corruption were filed against the two earlier this year.
“Ang investigation namin cannot be revealed to the public until it has been submitted to the President and he decides on it,” Belgica said in a press briefing in Malacañang.
Belgica said both secretaries are cooperating with the PACC on the on-going investigation, adding that a private citizen filed the complaints.
