Primetime television is never short of entertaining characters; from hilarious sidekicks, fantastic creatures, evil villains, and drama queens, to action heroes, there’s always someone you can probably relate to. But whatever type of character you fancy, there’s always a dynamic duo (and sometimes a trio) in almost every story – love teams! Perhaps it’s the universal appeal of rooting and yearning for love that makes love teams an essential part of TV viewing, and here at Todo Max Primetime Singko, we have our own Kapatid favorites!

Here are some of the love teams, at minsan love-hate pairings na bentang-benta sa ating mga viewers; Marsing at Nita (Pen Medina, Susan Africa), at Bubbles at Tanggol (Ivana Alawi, Coco Martin) ng FPJ’s Batang Quiapo; Bingo at Caroline (Donny Pangilinan at Belle Mariano), at Snoop at Irene ng Can’t Buy Me Love, pati na rin ang love triangle nina Victor, Juliana at Alex (Paulo Avelino, Kim Chiu, JM de Guzman) ng Linlang.

MARSING AT NITA

Ito ang love team na talaga namang mapapa-sana all ka na lang! Literal na through thick and thin ang relasyon ni Marsing at Nita sa FPJ’s Batang Quiapo. Nariyang magkasama silang mamalimos sa Quiapo, hanggang sa magkaroon ng pagkakataon na sila ay maging Don at Donya. Pero sa kasamaang-palad, bumalik sila sa pagiging mahirap, ngunit hanggang sa ngayon ay hindi nila iniiwan ang isa’t-isa.

Living testimony rin sila ng mga katagang “‘til death do us part,” dahil sa pagkakataong nalagay sa alanganin ang buhay ni Marsing, hindi siya iniwan ni Nita sa ospital. Patuloy siyang inalagaan at hinintay na magising mula sa pagiging comatose.

BINGO AT CAROLINE

Kailangan pa bang ipaliwanag ang kilig na dala nina Bingo at Caroline? Magkaiba ang kanilang kinalakihang mundo, pero dahil sa binigay na pagkakataon ng tadhana, lalo pa nilang nakilala ang isa’t-isa. Sa isang eksena nga nila habang sila ay nasa Baguio, regardless of their striking differences, at sa langit at lupa na estado ng kanilang pamumuhay, sinabi ni Caroline na hindi imposibleng maging boyfriend niya si Bingo kung sakaling ligawan man siya nito.

May pagkakataon ring nagkaaminan ng feelings sina Bingo at Ling na talaga namang pinag-usapan ng mga netizens. Dahil sa simpleng “I miss you,” kilig to the bones ang lahat!

BUBBLES AT TANGGOL

Ang partners-in-crime na sina Bubbles at Tanggol, hindi lang sa aksyon lumalaban. Kung minsan, lumalaban na rin sa pagpapakilig ang dalawa dahil talaga namang hindi maitatanggi ang chemistry nilang! Bawat titig, siguradong tunaw ang isa sa kanila.

Isa sa mga hinahangaan nga ni Bubbles ay ang pagiging gentleman ni Tanggol. Sa maraming pagkakataon ay pinagtatanggol siya nito sa mga lalaking nambabastos sa kanya.

At ngayong lalaya na si Bubbles, na-realize niya kung gaano na siya nahuhulog kay Tanggol. Ang tanong, magkikita pa kaya sila sa labas ng kulungan? Anong naghihintay sa kanila sa labas ng piitan?

SNOOP AT IRENE

Ito ang tandem na hindi naman talaga dapat love team pero dahil sa kulit at chemistry ng dalawa, na-ship na rin at #SnoRene na nga ang naging hashtag nila! Sa mga unang pagkakataong nagtagpo ang landas nila, malaki ang naging parte ng erna para magkaroon ng shared bond ang dalawa. Oo, dahil sa erna! Kaya naman nabansagang Erna Queen ng Primetime si Irene dahil sa dinami-rami ng pagkakataon na makakasalubong niya si Snoop, laging may kaakibat na pagkakatapak ng swerte’t jackpot!

Mas lalong lumalim ang pagsasama ng #SnoRene dahil sa inakala nilang ‘one-night-stand.’ Akala nila ay nagbunga ang isang walwalan night, kung saan magkasama silang natulog sa bahay ni Snoop. Dahil sa maling akala, lalong naging sweet at maalaga si Snoop kay Irene. Lumabas ang side ni Snoop na hindi pa nakikita ng viewers, nang masugid niyang binibigyan si Irene ng mga masusustansyang pagkain para na rin sa kanilang akalang “baby,” at sa willingness niyang samahan ito sa mga tests at checkups na kailangang gawin ng isang preggy mommy.

Nagkaroon rin ng eksena kung saan napanaginipan ni Snoop ang maaaring maging future nila ni Irene kung sakali mang natuloy ang pagbubuntis nito. Sa panaginip, not one, not two, not three, but apat na Irene na ang sabay-sabay na nagbubunganga sa kanya, dahil tatlong mini-Irene ang naging anak nila!

Sa ngayon, hindi na sa Binondo naka-base si Irene, kaya hindi pa natin alam kung matutuloy ang naudlot nilang pagpapakilig dahil may bagong lalaking nakilala si Irene.

VICTOR-JULIANA-ALEX

Hindi ito love team, ito ay love triangle. Pero sa sitwasyong ito, may cheating na naganap. Sa seryeng Linlang, na talaga namang nagpapataas ng gigil ng bawat manonood gabi-gabi, may mga ilegal na sweet moments ang mga kabit na sina Juliana at Alex.

Matatandaang nagsimula ang relasyon ni Juliana at Alex noong panahong naging OFW si Victor. Nagtrabaho siya bilang seaman para mabigyan ng magandang kinabukasan ang asawa’t anak niya.

At the same time, mayroong mga moments na nagpapakilig din sina Victor at Juliana kahit na alam ng lahat na niloloko lang talaga ni Juliana si Victor.

Ilan lang sila sa mga love teams and pairings na nagbibigay kilig gabi-gabi sa ating mga Kapatid.
