(October 28, 2024) — Several local government units have announced class suspensions on Monday, October 28 due to the damages left by Severe Tropical Strom Kristine.

Region 2 – Cagayan Valley

• Lal-lo – pre-school to Grade 12, public & private

• Peñablanca – pre-school to Grade 12, public & private

• Baggao – pre-school to Grade 12, public & private

• Gonzaga – pre-school to Grade 12, public & private

• Santa Ana – pre-school to Grade 12, public & private

• Santa Teresita – pre-school to Grade 12, public & private

• Gattaran – pre-school to Grade 12, public & private

Region 4A – CALABARZON

Batangas

• Taal – all levels, public schools. Suspension of classes in private schools is discretionary on the school administration.

• San Luis – F2F classes all levels, public & private from Oct 28-31, shift to modular learning

• Talisay – F2F classes pre-school to secondary level, public & private from Oct 28-31, shift to modular learning

• Calaca – F2F classes all levels, public & private from Oct 28-31, shift to modular learning
