With the highly popular trio of Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon (TVJ) and their troop of “Legit Dabarkads” making their new home in TV5, subscribers of Cignal, the country’s number 1 Pay TV provider, and SatLite, the fastest growing sulit Pay TV service, can enjoy watching their long-awaited return to noontime starting on Saturday, July 1, 2023.
As a special treat, Cignal and SatLite will make TV5 SD (Ch. 5) FREE for all subscribers, with or without load, from July 1 to 8. Thanks to Cignal’s nationwide coverage, TVJ’s noontime show will now reach even the most remote areas of our country. From Batanes to Jolo, subscribers can simply switch on their Cignal or SatLite boxes to watch and enjoy the first week of TVJ’s highly anticipated noontime show.
Enjoy the return of TVJ and the Legit Dabarkads in high-definition quality on Cignal’s TV5 HD (Channel 15), a first on Pay TV. Current Cignal subscribers with an active subscription can access this channel in their existing channel line-up, along with more HD channels.
“We are excited to finally watch TVJ and the Legit Dabarkads live on TV again. By making TV5 SD free on Cignal and SatLite, TVJ’s return to noontime television will be available to more of our customers. This is consistent with our promise to continuously deliver top quality entertainment that is relevant and accessible for all,” shared Gerard L. Milan, Chief Revenue Officer of Cignal TV.
TVJ recently made headlines as their move to TV5 became known to the public who missed their presence in the noontime show, “Eat Bulaga,” which has been closely associated with TVJ in the last 44 years. What the public can now expect is a new and reinvigorated TVJ plus Legit Dabarkads which MediaQuest Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan referred to as an “investment agreement.” In this agreement, TV5 partners with TVJ Productions to bring in high-quality and entertaining content for viewers all over to enjoy.
Tune in to the return of TVJ on television this July 1 on Cignal and SatLite. For further information regarding Cignal’s plans and offers, visit their website at www.cignal.tv or contact their Sales Hotline at #88555.
