(June 21, 2022) – Sa isang video mula sa Facebook user na si Lynn Agno noong Hunyo 11, sinabi niya na hindi gumagawa ang pharmaceutical giant na Pfizer ng Cominarty vaccines, at ginagamit pa rin nito ang dating formula sa paggawa ng bakuna laban sa COVID-19.
Sa 1:12:00 timestamp ng video na ito, sinabi ni Agno na “In-admit daw ng Pfizer na they didn’t make any Comirnaty, they are not gonna make any Comirnaty (hindi sila sumagawa ng kahit anong Comirnaty, hindi sila gagawa ng kahit anong Comirnaty).”
Nakakuha ang post na ito ng mahigit 1,400 reactions, 1,100 comments, at 1,200 views sa Facebook, noong isinulat ito.
Ito ay hindi totoo.
Ayon sa website ng US CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), brand name lang ng Pfizer ang Comirnaty sa kanyang bakuna kontra COVID-19 matapos itong aprubahan ng FDA (Food and Drug Administration). Sinabi ng CDC na walang nagbago sa formula ng kanilang bakuna mula nang gamitin ang pangalan na ito.
Isinapubliko ang pagbabago na ito sa website ng FDA, kung saan nakasaad “On August 23, 2021, FDA announced the first approval of a COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty.”
(Noong Agosto 23, 2021, inanunsyo ng FDA ang unang pag-apruba sa isang COVID-19 vaccine. Kilala na ang bakuna na ito bilang Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, na ngayon ay ima-market bilang Comirnaty.)
Gumawa rin ng fact-check ang Rappler ukol sa marami sa mga posts ni Agno sa kanyang dalawang Facebook pages: “Lynn Channel” at “Lynn Channel Warriors of Truth.” Kadalasan naglalabas siya ng mali at di totoong pahayag tungkol sa COVID-19.
